High Bar Nutrition Kitchen Sessions are live 90-minute workshops led by Dr. Kat Sweatt, PhD in Nutrition Science, designed to make healthy eating simple, practical, and sustainable for busy individuals and families. Each session combines evidence-based nutrition education with live cooking demonstrations, meal tastings, and realistic meal prep strategies using whole, approachable foods.
Learn how to build balanced meals that support metabolic health, blood sugar control, body composition, energy, and performance—without spending hours in the kitchen. Topics include meal planning, protein and macronutrient needs, grocery shopping, label reading, batch cooking, and diabetic-friendly meal strategies.
Your registration includes a light meal, tastings, take-home recipes, and practical nutrition tools you can immediately use at home. Optional family-style High Bar Nutrition meals are also available for preorder and pickup after the event.
